German speaking Software Support/Pre-Sales - deliver Demos and Webinar

Software Support/Pre-Sales Consultant required by a global IT Sales company based in central London.

You will deliver online demos, and educate potential clients uncovered by the sales teams. You will become a Subject Matter Expert within Robotic Process automation. There will be extensive product and skills training. Fluency in German is essential.

A combination of the some of the following is essential;

A Computer Science, Engineering degree or similar

Experience or the ability to deliver webinars/online demos

Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, ERP Systems, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Cloud,

Robotic Process Automation or similar technologies

An IT background is preferred as this is a highly complex software

Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone and email on a daily basis regarding IT related products

Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and co-workers.

Communicating information about calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients.

Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision. Manage client relationships.
