Area Sales Manger

As an Area Sales Manager for Countrywide, you will lead and manage the sales operations acrossthe Isle of Wight, for the brand Watson Bull & Porter.You will be a leader who works to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set, driving strong engagement and collaboration amongst your teams.

  • Drive and lead to achieve all financial targets and objectives.
  • Grow market share significantly by adopting pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure that the business strategy is communicated to all employees and understood at all levels.
  • Manage, monitor and report on the clusters performance against agreed financial key business indicators to ensure delivery of income targets.
  • Take appropriate action with offices trading at a loss or below budget.
  • Coach, develop and effectively manage the Managers within the cluster to ensure that performance is optimised across the board.
  • Secure new business income opportunities and referrals consistently across the area. Maximise profitability through optimising resources.
  • Improve individual, team and regional performance in terms of output, quality and overall productivity.
  • Change management.
  • Support the companys vision and ensure that strategies are effectively rolled out within the cluster.
  • Motivate and promote a positive business culture.

The Individual;

  • A minimum of 5 years experience at senior management level.
  • Extensive geographical and market knowledge of the region.
  • The ability to work at a senior level across different business groups.
  • Business strategy, development and delivery experience.
  • Proven track record of management success including managing and developing people across a region.
  • Proven track record of growing sales division to generate exceptional profit. Performance review and development experience.
  • Financial analysis experience.
  • Business Plan Management experience.
  • Management of all aspects of Profit & Loss accounts.
