The purpose of the associate search consultant is to support consultant fee generation in line with company expectations and ultimately develop into a full 360?? recruitment consultant.
An associate search consultant will source relevant candidates for assignments designated to them by the Senior Consultant and manage the recruitment administrative process. These roles can vary from entry-level roles to directors and executives, mainly within the medical device/biotech area.
Candidates will be sourced through a variety of activities, including, but not limited to; database search, headhunting, advertising, candidate referrals, online job boards and social media. Candidates MUST be fully screened, initially via the telephone and subsequently, in person, where possible, this may include conducting background checks and taking references.
It is anticipated that as the associate consultant becomes proficient in their delivery of projects they will take on additional responsibilities of business development, to develop retained projects with their own clients. At this stage the associate consultant would effectively 'graduate' and become a fully proficient search consultant.
Qualifications/Experience:
?? Educated to A-Level ideally in technical/life sciences/business subjects
?? Basic level of commercial awareness
