We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician based in our Service Centre. 

If you are looking to work in a rewarding environment being surrounded by Apple products where you can be responsible for the diagnosis and restoration of someone’s beloved product then our team is the one for you.  We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has the technical understanding with attention to detail, who can be dynamic in their thinking and approach then you may just be the person we are looking for.

On offer is full training with Apple accreditation and excellent working conditions. You will be working alongside a world class brand based in the UK's largest Service Centre. We have a great friendly team of people where progression within the Company is possible along with the potential to receive an industry recognised qualification on completing your training.

Duties Include:

- Provide support to our stores on Apple products and systems repairs.
- Be available to receive calls from Apple, our store and the customer service team.
- Communicate pro-actively and positively with team members and other partners.
- Diagnose software and hardware issues on Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad etc)
- Work as part of a team, but also be able to apply skills to individual tasks.
- Advise customers competently of processes, set correct repair expectations.
- Deal with deliveries and stock.

Experience and Requirements

- A good level of computer literacy and an appreciation of an IT environment, preferably with Apple products.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Have an analytical approach to solving technical problems.
- A confident, personable and enthusiastic communicator.
- Possess strong organisational skills.
- Be a self-motivated individual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Be reliable and conscious of being a key member of a team.

Pay is hourly and will increase once probation is completed and technical exams have been passed.
