£20,000 per annum + fantastic benefits & performance related pay reviews
Hours: 7-4pm or 8-5pm Monday - Friday
This role requires a methodical, conscientious, organised person who has excellent communication skills both written and oral. The main experience required for this role is: administration skills with the experience in coordinating and scheduling engineers/ contractors/ staff. You must be a car driver due to this companies rural location.
You will be working within a very busy, varied and interesting role, your duties will include:
Ensuring engineers routes are optimised
Deal with enquiries from Customer Service staff regarding appointments, availability and stock
Routinely review engineer coverage
Deal with enquiries from engineers and sub-contractors
Take payments or make refunds to/from customers
Handle emergency sickness/ planned absence to ensure minimum disruption to our customers
