Internal Recruiter
Hours 12pm - 8.30pm Monday to Friday

Due to growth we are offering a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and talented recruiter to join the growing recruitment division of one of the Souths best employers. Reporting to the Sales Director and the successful candidate will be responsible for high volume sourcing of B2B Business to Business sales candidates (varying levels). You will work as part of a team of six people and your focus will be on the recruitment of sales professionals in the US.

Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a recruitment resourcing or consulting capacity
- Demonstrable experience of candidate qualification (Telephone interviewing)
- A background in managing the recruitment process (candidate sourcing through to offer management)
- Experience of candidate sourcing methods (job board searching, LinkedIn, internal recommendations)
- Proven ability to write and publish job adverts
- Knowledge of recruiting sales professionals (low to high level)
- Ability to prioritise workload and demands and deliver work on time
- Experienced with using Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Recruitment resourcing on an internal basis (client side)
- Experience of high-volume recruitment, agency or internal/ client side
- Previous experience within a commercial environment ideally sales / telemarketing (B2B or B2C)
- A recruitment related qualification would be desirable

Duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with other Recruiters and the Sales Director to ensure the talent pool is maintained and monthly targets are achieved.
- Pre-screen and telephone interview candidates
- Manage the candidate journey from initial sourcing through to offer stage
- Direct sourcing of candidates through advertising & headhunting utilising tools such as social media, job boards, internal referrals whilst building talent pools
- Ensure recruitment data is accurately captured via our bespoke recruitment CRM to ensure we have an enhanced view on activity
- Complete new starter forms and contracts for new employees
- Proactive management of recruitment projects e.g. referral projects, social media projects, investigating alternative recruitment methods
- Work to KPIs (CVs sourced, interviews booked, offers made)
- Promote company as an employer of choice
- Ensure legal compliance in all recruitment and selection activity
- Maintain a good knowledge of local competition to ensure we continue to win the war on talent
