Part Time Customer Service Agent

This household name based in Watford is looking for you to join their company on a temporary basis to help in their call centre handling inbound calls.

This is working in a fast paced environment where you where you will be taking inbound calls from customers and retailer, who will have an abundance of queries including resetting passwords, changing personal details and checking product accuracy. This role doesn't involve complaint handling in any way.

We are looking for outgoing, friendly individuals who pride themselves in their customer service delivery and possess excellent IT skills and have a passion for problem solving.

The PART TIME working hours are 8 - 12 working Monday to Saturday with some flexibility on the number of days worked each week.

Ideally you need to be a car driver due to the location and working hours.

In return the company offer a very competitive hourly rate of £9 per hour as well as free on site parking, subsidised restaurant and relaxed dress code.
