Sales and Business Development Manager - Cheltenham

Key tasks:

• Business development within current and new clients
• Account Management
• Networking with highly technical candidates
• Talent selection and assessment including hosting face to face interviews
• Rate negotiations
• Attracting fresh technical talent through advertising and social media networking campaigns
• Attending and hosting events ie local drop in events and national events where we have a full stand with media packs and marketing material to distribute

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP25,000 basic + Commission with OTE's of GBP45,000 per annum Depending on experience in year 1

Datasource offer a career path which in year 2 could see you earning GBP30k basic with OTE of GBP70k if you make it to be at our GOLD LEVEL
