Interaction Recruitment are on the lookout for a production supervisor to work in the finishing department for our well established and well reputed client based in Romford.
Key responsibilities:
Set, organise, communicate and manage production processes and production staff's everyday tasks.
Ensure productivity standards are met.
Ensure quality standards, customer's requirements and company's procedures are in place
Contribute to production planning processes in order to maximise efficiency and productivity
Motivate, lead and develop production team members
Track staff performance
Ensure required documentation is filled in accurately and on time
Ensure Health and Safety rules are in place at all times
Ensure Company procedures and policies are obeyed and followed at all times
Essential requirement: Previous experience supervising team(s) in a fast-moving environment.
Manage a team of up to 50 staff members
Report back to higher management.
The successful candidate will ensure the production finishing shift is running smoothly and efficiently in line with production plan while quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met.
GBP18,500 to GBP22,000 depending on experience. Monday to Friday 7.30 to 5pm.
