Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting an experienced Payroll Officer to work within a family run Financial organisation based in Coventry.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and happy to work independently and within a small team. The salary for this role is dependent on experience and qualifications and ranges from GBP18,000 - GBP25,000 per annum.
The key responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to:
• Management of auto-enrolment procedures for clients
• Responsibility for processing payroll bureau for a high volume of clients
• Managing statutory payroll legislations
• Set up and management of new client records
• Liaison with HMRC
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Compliance with GDPR legislation
• Use of Practice Management software
Desired experience:
• SAGE
• 3 years of current on the job experience
• AAT qualified
• Auto-Enrolment and GDPR legislation
This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. There may be a requirement to work overtime which will be paid, plus additional benefits.
