Kitchen AutoCAD Designer
Shrewsbury
To GBP19,000 plus benefits & progression
My client is a bespoke designer / manufacturer of high end kitchens and part of an expanding group that also provides bathrooms and lighting. They are an award winning business and have recently expanded their London site. Their Shrewsbury office boasts award winning architectural design services and as part of this sites expansion plans, they are now recruiting an additional Designer to add to their busy team. As well as a strong design background they are also looking for an effective communicator who has dealt with customers/suppliers and can offer a good level of professionalism.
Job role / duties:
•Produce accurate CAD drawings / renders from information supplied by the sales & operations teams using AutoCAD in a 2D format
•Update and add dimensions to existing drawings as required and log on to the CRM as well as ensuring issue numbers updated on the drawing and system
•Review specification documents & ensure design details produced match the agreed specification
•Ensure design information is produced to meet project programme commitments
To be considered you must:
•Have experience of producing drawings on AutoCAD
•Be efficient, meticulous and able to work to strict deadlines
•Have experience working with suppliers/customers
•Have excellent communication skills & have good presentation
•Have proven ability in a similar environment
Located in Shrewsbury this position is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock and surrounds
