Architectural Technician, Malmesbury, GBP25-35K DOE
An Architectural Technician is required for a housing developer based in Malmesbury. The successful candidate working in the ever-growing technical team, assisting the Technical Manager on a daily basis to coordinate all technical aspects of the team.
At present this company has a range of developments spread across the UK ranging from 2 up to 5 bedroom houses. On offer is the chance to work for a housing developer who is known for the quality of work they produce and high-end properties. They are looking for an experienced individual to join their team due to winning multiple new projects.
The Role: Architectural Technician
- In-charge of the Technical Coordination of projects,
- Produce drawings which comply with Building Regulations
- Produce drawings which comply with different Construction Stages
- Working knowledge of NHBC Standards and current Building Regulations
- Produce House type packs, details and schedules and assisting Technical Manager and Developer Co-ordinator
- Working daily with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
The Candidate: Architectural Technician
- Experience working within the residential sector
- Able to produce drawings which comply with Building Regulations and Construction Stages
- Working knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Previous experience of assisting Technical Manager and Developer Co-ordinator in
- Producing house type packs, details and schedules
