Air Personnel have a great opportunity to join their client in Oxfordshire.
Overall purpose of the role
Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
Support the Safety Manager in maintaining the Company Safety Management System (SMS).
lSupporting Company improvement projects and practical problem solving (PPS) events.
Main responsibilties
Promoting the highest standards of safety and quality
Auditing to the Company internal audit plan, including visits to line stations and vendors,
Management of Company engineering authorisations.
Ensuring compliance to all Company approvals and accreditations.
Nexus for business improvements.
Duties also include:
Writing/amending Company documentation.
Management of Company document library.
Hosting external auditors.
Other QMS and SMS duties as directed by the Quality Manager
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of quality and safety management processes.
Knowledge of aerospace regulated environments. (EASA Parts 145, Part M preferred).
Skilled in the use of MS Office and contemporary software applications.
Education
Good general education.
Good English language skills.
Aviation an/or engineering background advantageous .
Experience
Working in aerospace regulated environments with auditing experience.
Personality requirments
Able to work in co-operation with audited area staff to ensure that corrective and preventative actions are effective and implemented in a timely fashion.
Able to work under pressure to meet challenging timescales.
Able to work with autonomy and to manage their own workload efficiently.
Able to work collectively to achieve organizational goals.
Positive and proactive attitude to innovation and change.
Able to work in diverse working environments with respect to others and valuing contributions from all.
Honesty and integrity.
Good general communication skills.
