Executive Director - Sales

Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious client to recruit an Executive Director - Global Sales to join their advancing organisation.

Tasks/Duties:

Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

Create a culture of success and ongoing business for acheiving targets

Management of Global sales teams to drive profitability

P&L Responsibility

Manage customer expectations through c-level negotiation that contributes to promoting excellent customer satisfaction

Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function

Work closely with internal functions to establish successful support strategies

Manage senior level customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Extensive travel to customers and partners to develop key relationships

Skills/Experience

Several years' experience in a senior sales position

Understanding of the full life cycle of the sales process

Senior level leadership working with profitable sales teams

Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals

Sales acumen and critical thinking

Experience in building excellent client relationships

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's Degree

Note that this position will involve a mix of UK and overseas travel
