My Client is a stunning unique Country House looking for a creative, enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen team. This 2 Rosette awarded restaurant with rooms is part of a fast-expanding elite brand, giving plenty of opportunities for progression.

The successful Junior Sous Chef will possess the below skills and experience;

  • Self-driven, dependant and able to work as both part of a team and on their own.
  • Experienced in working with local fresh produce.
  • Ability to take a leading role and help with development of junior chefs.
  • Experience of working at rosette level is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a continuously busy environment
  • Proven success working in a kitchen team that regularly delivers during busy shifts
  • Creative, can contribute to ideas as well as being receptive to working with new ideas from the kitchen team
  • Sustaining stability and longevity in a chef position is essential
  • Keen for progression
  • A passion for producing high quality food is essential.
