Recruitment Executive (6 Months FTC)
To provide a comprehensive and high quality recruitment service to all Departments within the business to ensure that we attract, recruit and retain the highest calibre people to enable the company to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Responsible for the end to end recruitment process of high volume and niche head office roles. This will include, but not be limited to, the design and placement of advertisements, logging of applications onto the applicant tracking system, response handling and screening, organisation of assessment centres and coordination/conducting of competency based interviews.
Proactively source candidates from job boards and other social media platforms, whilst developing candidate talent pools.
Update the Recruitment website and other social media platforms in line with AzP brand requirements
Liaise with the relevant hiring manager ensuring each vacancy has a clearly documented and agreed recruitment process which is fair and consistent.
Provide support to managers in drafting person and job specifications and to ensure that a McQuaig job profile is completed for all relevant vacancies.
Design and regularly review assessments based on specific role competencies and in-line with any changes in company practice.
Prepare interview questions/assessment material in line with the relevant role competencies.
Carry out telephone and competency based interviews where necessary.
To provide comprehensive feedback to all relevant parties following assessments/interviews.
Proactively deal with any general recruitment enquiries and to brief candidates/recruitment agencies on vacancies and specifics of a role.
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system ensuring all details are current and produce reports when required.
Ensure all written correspondence is handled promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update relevant statistics and analysis on recruitment activity within their area of responsibility for reporting purposes.
Ensure all agencies utilised are appropriate for the business and particular role.
Maintain good working relationships supported by regular performance reviews.

Evidence of essential experience within the following areas:
Education, Training & Qualifications
Degree or equivalent / relevant vocational qualification
Specialist Skills & Experience:
Recruitment experience gained within an internal or agency function
High standard of written and spoken English
Conducting Competency Based Interviewing for all levels of roles
Experience of dealing with recruitment agencies, direct sourcing methods and working with an applicant tracking system
Experience of facilitating Assessment Centres
Advanced PC Skills - including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience of working within a team
Practical experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
High attention to detail, quality focus and analytical skills
