Conveyancing Fee Earner
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the growing conveyancing team of a highly-regarded regional law firm.
Our client has multiple offices across Yorkshire and due to growth; they can accommodate Conveyancers in multiple locations.

They can accommodate candidates looking for earlier/later start/finish times as well as working from home a day or two per week. They have also put in place a training centre in which they develop the skills of their junior conveyancers.
The Opportunity:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.
The successful applicant for the Residential Conveyancer position will also be required to generate revenue through business development.
The Candidate
This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years' technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well a being able to work with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of Proclaim or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is essential, along with demonstrable client management skills
