Our client, a prestigious educational organisation, currently have an opening for a Development Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role for an energetic and talented fundraiser. The main components of this job include face-to-face fundraising, managing the Reunion Giving programme, gift renewal phone calls. This is a full-time position based in Central Cambridge.
This position requires you to have;
• Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience in using Raiser's Edge or similar databases
• Strong networking and business development skills
Main duties;
• Organising dinners and events
• Face to face fundraising
• Researching potential donors
• Updating database
• Any other administrative tasks as required
