Nursing Care Assistant
We value our Nursing Care Assistants as highly as our residents do. Joining our dedicated team who provide 24 hour general nursing care in Sherwood Nursing Care Home, you'll help residents with the day-to-day practical things like dressing, bathing and hygiene, food and mobility.
What we're looking for:
Delivering an exceptional level of care and support to older people with nursing care needs, and whilst it's preferable that you have experience doing this, it's not essential. You should have excellent communication skills and be able build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
It is essential that you work well in a team delivering care that is resident centred and you can work in a safe and compliant manner, keeping records up-to-date and follow basic instructions to support our residents' well-being and comfort.
