HR Administrator -Permanent Opportunity

Established organisation based in Glasgow is looking to appoint an HR Administrator to support their fast paced team during a period of growth.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Working within an extremely fast paced environment providing HR administrative support to colleagues across the business using SAP HR and SAGE to approve vacancies, organise offers and data validation
• Updating and maintaining organisational charts to provide an up to date overview of team structures within the business
• Providing support on data quality projects
• Analysing the incoming requests to the team to understand opportunities to improve processes
• Building and maintaining effective relationships within your own HR team and across the wider business
• Sharing and encouraging best practise across the department and wider business
• To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience as an HR Administrator supporting a fast paced business
• Competent user of excel
• To be comfortable working autonomously under minimal supervision, juggling conflicting priorities
• Experience of using HR Sap or Sage HR (desirable)
• Proven experience of working well as part of a busy HR team
• High accuracy and attention to detail
