We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator / Admin Assistant to join us in Tamworth and deliver a high-quality service to our artwork-customer base.

Your Role 

As a Project Co-ordinator / Admin Assistant, you will be tasked with supporting Project Managers in an administrative capacity and ensuring customer requirements are met. 

You’ll be joining fast-paced environment where an accurate approach will be vital and tasks will need to be completed within expected timeframes and to customer procedures. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Assess orders received and enter the data onto the system 
- Complete the product definition for each piece of work through collation of information 
- Document all correspondence for each ‘job’ 
- Co-ordinate with Production Managers regarding art turnover meetings 
- Complete all shipping documentation 
- Check all ink and proofs prior to work being sent to customers 
- Respond to customer queries, provide updates and resolve issues 
- Liaise with teams across the business regarding work, resources and timescales 

About You 

To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator / Admin Assistant, you will need: 

- Administrative experience 
- Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos 
- The ability to work independently after initial training 
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent 

Experience in a similar project co-ordination role would be beneficial to your application. Experience gained within the print or artwork industry would also be an advantage.
