Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Dorchester

Salary: £20,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours of work: 9.00 – 17.30 (1h for lunch) Monday to Friday – occasional Saturdays

Start date: December 2018

The Company is a Holiday Cottage Agency showcasing a range of properties from cosy cottages crammed full of Dorset charm to luxury retreats oozing with coastal chic.

They are now looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To meet the new owners and securing new properties
  • To build relationships with local companies -  visiting local  tourist attractions, restaurants and shops etc. to arrange discounts

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be familiar with Dorset area
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Be computer literate with experience of working with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and if possible Super Control
  • Have experience in holiday lettings, property/ tourism/hospitality industry - Essential
  • Be happy to work on your own and be a self-starter
  • Have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Lead generation experience – Desirable
  • Have your own car and a clean driving licence – eventually there will be a pool car

Please note, a good local knowledge of Dorset is a requirement.
