Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This right candidate would have a proven record in Customer Service providing a proactive approach and contribute in achieving high standards in the delivery information and advice to the client. The role is full-time on a temporary basis.

The Role: This will be a varied role, responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Contacting customers to monitor satisfaction and quality control
  • Receive requests, establish reasons and assess in terms of priority and procedures
  • Deal with receipts and payments (cash, cheque and card) and prepare necessary paperwork

Candidate Specification: For this position we ae seeking applications from candidates with;

  • Previous experience working in a team providing excellent customer service
  • Experience with data processing
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Good level of education including maths or equivalent
  • Great telephone manner
  • NVQ Level 3 Customer Care/ECDL or equivalent (Working towards or willing to)
  • Likes working as part of a team
