Chef de Partie - Full Time (40 hours per week)
Salary from GBP23.100 per annum

An opportunity has arisen to join our Catering Department, led by the Catering Manager who is dedicated to produce high quality, varied and nutritious meals. He is also an excellent mentor and keen to provide learning and development opportunities and career progression for the right applicant. His long term plan is to achieve a Rosette Award, which, in this environment, is a rare opportunity to experience. It looks impressive on the CV too.
The post holder will be responsible for the production of all meals while on duty ensuring the highest standard, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times. Will assist the Catering Manager in his role and work in collaboration with other members of staff. For example, assisting with the development of a menu cycle, or placing orders based on catering needs.

St Barnabas is a Residential and Nursing Home for retired Anglican Clergy, with 9 acres of beautiful grounds including a small woodland, vegetable garden and pond, looking after around 60 Residents
