Contract Manager
GBP22,000 plus GBP4,000 Bonus per annum

Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months

Working in a fast-growing company, you will be a core contact for our client and worker requirements, supporting the team to fulfil demands and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities
* Establishing a positive rapport with all workers and the client, delivering best in class service and customer care
* Daily assessment of volume requirements, forecasting and fulfilment
* Planning and facilitating recruitment
* Arranging inductions and initial training with contractors, as well as coordinator any refresher training required
* Attending regular review meetings with the client to understand business changes
* Managing weekly payroll process and dealing with any enquiries
* Provide out of hours on-call support as required
* Collating, analysing and managing performance against KPIs, identifying any areas of process improvement
* Understanding local labour market and industry sector and communicating potential impact
* Demonstrating business acumen, understanding client's operation, challenges and needs
* Hold monthly 1-2-1s with team members, supporting and aiding their development
Personal Specification
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with clients and customers
* Strong time management and the ability to prioritise workloads
* People management skills with the capability to inspire and motivate
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proactive mindset with a passionate and driven attitude
* The ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changing demand
* The ability to use their own initiative to overcome obstacles
* Previous recruitment or contract management experience is desirable
