PLC Candidate Manager

The Role
As the PLC Candidate Manager, your mission will be to build a community of contract PLC Engineers and become their preferred contract agent. Long term you'll become THE "go to" person for candidates within the PLC market!
You'll be required to find the best possible candidates within the PLC market and work closely with our CEO who will be managing the Business Development and Account Development. This is a massive opportunity to be able to really utilise his wealth of experience and passion for the industry, as well as find out how he has become so successful!
You
To be successful in the role of PLC Candidate Manager, you'll ideally have recruitment experience OR excellent relationship management, whilst also having experience with networking and negotiation.
You'll have the drive, ambition and determination to ensure you deliver the best candidate service!
