Our client is seeking an experienced book keeper to assist them with everyday book keeping throughout their small group of companies in the construction industry.
Hours: Flexible hours by negotiation - part time, full time, school hours (must be in the office every day)
The successful candidate will be confident and experienced as this is a stand alone role.
There will be an extensive handover with the existing book keeper and training will be provided.
Duties will include:
* Processing of transactions for 2 separate company accounts, including receipts, payments and reconciliations
* Preparing and updating cash flows / monthly management accounts
* VAT and Payrolls
* Knowledge of the CIS process is strongly preferred
* Reconciliation of Directors loan accounts
* Credit control
* the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues and clients at different seniority levels
They are looking for a someone will excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and who will fit in well with their lively team.
Essential technical skills include Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage Accounts Line 50 and Payroll
Office is based in Sunninghill, Ascot
