Your new role
Interim role until July 2019 providing employee relations support to managers across the organisation. The cases could range from disciplinary, grievance, dignity, redundancy, restructures, TUPE transfers and will have a specialist focus on performance management cases. This will involve providing advice and support to managers across the organisation in managing under performance. This will include advising and supporting managers to identify and articulate under-performance, working with them to set SMART objectives with measurable milestones towards good performance and to coach managers to manage individuals through a performance management process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and have strong knowledge of employment law and a track record of dealing with complex ER issues in a large organisation. You will be customer focused and be able to deal with a range of managers and stakeholders.
