This is an opportunity to join a national cleaning company with over 12 years' experience supplying specialist cleaning services to high-profile customers and has a reputation for the very best standard of kitchen ventilation system servicing and cleaning.

They are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager within their Company on a full time permanent basis.
Based out of their office in Wrexham, the successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude with excellent organisation skills and strong management skills that provide Leadership and Motivation.

You will be responsible for the Operational Leadership and Development of a team of field-based service technicians and all of their associated functions as well as providing first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training and developing a team of Field-based technicians, situated throughout the UK.
- Managing the ongoing training needs aligned to customer requirements
- Resolving customer queries or complaints efficiently and providing the appropriate solutions
- Building relationships at all levels with customers and internally within the company
- Be the first point of contact for managing engineers with regards to operational matters
- Managing and maintaining staff training records to ensure current and compliant
- Exceptional focus on Customer service and Health, Safety and Welfare.
- Maintaining equipment and vehicle information in accordance with Company requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our well established and successful company based out of Wrexham, North Wales.

Full remuneration package will be discussed at interview subject to individual's skills and experience.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week and varied to meet business/customer needs, but understanding
that the current field teams work predominantly nights is essential.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: GBP21,000 to GBP25,000 per annum + Benefits
