As an event-marketing company, Christmas is our busiest time of the year at Complete One. As a result, we are expanding our events portfolio and we have immediate openings for CONFIDENT, CHARISMATIC & OUTGOING Christmas Sales Assistants.

We have a young, excited and driven team and we are looking for people who can fit in with that dynamic and bring new ideas to the table.

This is a very customer-centric role based at even sites across the North East. Customer service or sales experience is desirable, however not necessary as all new starts undergo full training. The only must-haves are an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, excellent communication and people skills and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.

Established in Newcastle in 2012, Complete One is one of the North East’s premier event marketing firms. We specialise in acquiring customers for clients through in-person promotions at event venues across the North East. We utilise the personal touch to deliver impactful, fun and memorable marketing campaigns. 

Christmas Sales Assistant Duties:

·You will be the face and voice of clients at pre-booked promotional events

·Promoting client’s products and services to engage customers

·Conducting presentations

·Handling queries

·Maintaining strong product knowledge and attending training workshops

·Completing customer signups

Requirements:

• Available full-time
• 18 or over (Necessary for legal reasons)
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for dealing with people
• Confidence
• Positive attitude
• A fun, outgoing and enthusiastic personality

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over as you will be signing contracts. Applicants successful at the initial interview will be invited to attend an assessment day. As it is a part of the interview process and counts towards making the final decision applicants will not be compensated and expenses will not be covered. These roles are offered on a self-employed basis and paid on commission only, all earnings are uncapped. The openings are immediate start, therefore we are unable to process applications from people not currently able to commute to Newcastle.
