We are looking to recruit a full or part time Programme Manager in Food Industry Skills to develop and deliver our curriculum to meet the local and regional requirements in our growing range of further education and apprenticeship food manufacturing courses. This is an exciting time to join us and play a key role in our team developing this area of our provision.

This role combines operational management, curriculum development and teaching as well as ensuring the delivery of the best possible experience to students through consistently high teaching standards and services. The Programme Manager will support the Curriculum Manager to oversee the delivery of this developing curriculum within the division.

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a bakery background, although experience of butchery or dairy processing would also be advantageous. You will have a strong knowledge of new product development, food science principles and batch production, and be confident to teach a range of bakery techniques. You will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with a proven track record. You will need to be well organised and ideally have some teaching experience or be keen to learn.
