Customer Service Advisor Opportunities
Hoddesdon
Full Time - Permanent
£16,817 - £18,685 per annum

B3Living is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex.  Our mission is to build a range of homes for social rent, private rent and shared ownership to counteract the local housing crisis and a shortage of homes in our area.

We have been through a major restructure which has created a number of new opportunities.
We are seeking two Repairs Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact to provide a welcoming and effective responsive customer service. You will do this by phone, electronically, other media or in person to satisfactorily meet the many and varied needs of both internal and external customers.  A creative approach to problem solving will help deliver this role, as will an attitude that means you are willing to provide support to customers and the team wherever your skills and abilities can best be used.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will raise works orders for emergency and other repairs ensuring operatives are scheduled to attend, check and process invoices and maintain databases, computer systems and other records.

The post requires a candidate who has previous experience in a customer service environment and has Good IT skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook to a basic level). Ideally, you will have previous experience in a call centre and have Level 2 NVQ qualification in customer care or equivalent, however, this is not essential. You must have the ability to prioritise and plan work effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels.

Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

At B3Living we are confident that our contribution to resolving the housing crisis is tangible and we are determined in our continued commitment to the delivery of more affordable housing.

Closing date: Monday 26th November 2018.
Interviews: 12th December 2018.
