Our client a Large Main Contractor originally from Ireland is looking for experienced and hardworking Project Manager to run a large and busy site in Stanmore.
Project Value - GBP42m
The contract is ongoing with working hours being 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. There will likely be the chance for overtime on the project.
Daily responsibilities will include
Managing the site as the number 1 - Looking after site teams and management - Keeping on top of the paper work and RAMS involved with sub-contractors.
Requirements for the role:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Previous experience on GBP30m+ projects
- Site Set up and ground works through to hand over.
- Client Facing
