OX Seven is a recruitment consultancy based in the heart of the Cotswolds. We pride ourselves on our consultative, value adding service. We love doing permanent recruitment very well, but now we are looking to grow our contract offering!
What I am looking for:
• An experienced Contracts Recruiter who has managed/built/lead ran a team.
• Someone who has the desire to build something amazing from scratch.
• An individual who does not want their hand held.
• Someone who understands industry best practice, legislation and compliance.
Overview of job:
Having had a successful start and establishing a team of 5 perm billing consultants with a view to add more next year, one area we have yet to explore is the contract sector.
I really want someone to come in and build this sector. You will have full autonomy on how to run it, how to incentivise your team (which you will build) and where the division goes.
We are an agile start up who like to do things the right way and have industry leading infrastructure which you can benefit from.
I see this opportunity as a partnership, working collaboratively and learning huge amounts from each other.
What I need you to do (in a tiny nutshell):
• Come in and set up a new division and offering from scratch.
• Actively bill whilst building your team.
• Educate the wider team on the contract process and how we can assist and grow your division with you.
• Build your division in the right way, with the OX Seven ethos at the foundation of it.
What I can give to you:
• Basic salary - GBP30,000 - GBP40,000
• Profit share + Milestone financial incentives
• Full-Time Monday - Friday with flexible working hours
• Company Laptop
• Equity in company options at milestones
