As an experinced bespoke tour operator you will be a knowledgable travel sales & operations Coordinator, your goal will be to manage the day to day running of enquiries received from clients from various markets, researching, quoting, planning, and coordinating with both clients and suppliers.

We offer our clients an excellent service, including accommodation, transportation, itinerary planning, guiding, meals, theatre tickets and attractions. We are a close-knit, international team is based in Lutterworth (UK), and also have office in Hungary and Poland.
About the job
As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Dealing with all aspects of the enquires allocated to you.
* Planning itineraries around UK, Ireland and Europe, preparing quotes for the clients in line with current deadlines.
* Researching, sourcing and negotiating rates with suppliers.
* Liaising with clients, mainly by email, phone, or Skype, or even
sometimes face-to-face at clients offices or trade fairs.
* Entering bookings and client data into the in-house operations system.
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Qualifications
* Excellent English
* Knowledge of another language would be helpful
* Previous experience in tour operating or a closely related field
* Knowledge of the UK and Europe would be advantageous
Skills
* Prioritizing work and having excellent time management
* Ability to multitask
* Customer oriented
* Enjoy researching
* Negotiation skills
