Position: Services Manager
Location: Flexible within Mold, Mochdre and Bangor, Wales
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: GBP28,283 actual per annum
Closing date: noon on Monday 26th November

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Alzheimer's Society North and South West Wales Area Team. As Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of developing, managing and delivering services within the area. This will include monitoring service budgets, meeting contractual requirements, maintaining external relationships, as well as managing a team.
As one of the Service Managers within the Area leadership team, you will play a part in defining and executing the business plan for the Area, as well as growing our service portfolio. You will report to the Area Manager for the North and South West Wales locality.
About you:
You will have experience of leading a team and supporting personal development, and will use your communication skills to act as an effective and enthusiastic ambassador for the organisation externally. You will be experienced in managing budgets and using Microsoft Office, and qualified within a relevant field of work (QCF/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent).
You will also recognise the value of service user involvement and volunteering. We will ensure that every person affected by dementia who wants our support, receives our support. As Services Manager you will have the opportunity to influence the way people affected by dementia are supported to improve their quality of life.
