About the role
UW Home Services - part of Utility Warehouse - will be providing smart meter installation and maintenance services to Utility Warehouse energy customers. We are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to process industry data flows, specifically MOP and MAM.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Processing inbound and outbound data files within agreed SLAs
• System error incident investigation
• Liaising with third parties and key stakeholders regarding data quality, including suppliers, other group businesses and internal departments
• Reporting on data traffic, data quality, and data trends
• Maintaining understanding of industry knowledge and ensuring guidelines are followed

About you
We are looking for an individual who is data driven with a strong attention to detail. We require that the candidate has:

• Strong experience in the Smart Metering industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages
• A good standard of written and verbal communication
• Experience using relevant systems

We would also prefer you have:

• Knowledge and experience of using SQL

Your starting salary will be GBP17,000 - GBP19,500 (dependant on qualifications & experience) and you'll be able to earn annual bonuses too.
