Key Responsibilities
You will be working with existing customers with a heavy focus on maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, alongside new business generation through warm leads. By building strong relationships with all customers, you will understand which suite of products and services is most appropriate to the clients' needs. Administration duties will form a daily part of the role, with your main bulk of time spent achieving telephone based sales targets. You will receive three weeks of comprehensive training to gain a full understanding of the products we offer.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone confident and enthusiastic, who is really keen to pursue a sales based role in the media industry. You will be an excellent communicator, resilient and willing to learn techniques to ensure you get the best from the role, and our customers receive the best service.
