Position: Dementia Support Manager
Location: St Werburghs, Bristol, South west
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: GBP22,132 actual per annum
Closing date: 5pm on Thursday 22nd November.
Interview date: Thursday 29th November
About the role:
The dementia support manager is responsible and accountable for the overall management of a team of nine dementia navigators. The dementia support manager ensures that every member of the team is supported through supervision and the appraisal process as well as delivering a high-quality support service.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has a practical understanding of the benefits and challenges of working in a multi-disciplinary team as this insight will help you to support the dementia navigators. We would also like someone who has experience of line managing a team and who understands the different approaches and techniques required to support each individual and ensure best practice.
