This leading national provider of training are expanding and are looking for a qualified training Consultant to deliver Leadership & Management apprenticeship programmes.
Working with a wide client base from varied industries and sectors, we seek to recruit a competent professional who can design, deliver and assess level 3 and level 5 management apprenticeship (standards) programmes. This exciting opportunity will suit someone who is ambitious, knowledgeable and wishes to share their skills, and experiences to benefit learners.
Applicants will have a proven track record of effective delivery and knowledge of Leadership and Management principles and theories, hold a Management Qualification at L5 or above to include Teaching and Assessor qualifications e.g. PTLLS/TAQA A1/D32/D33.
They must be able to manage their time effectively, form effective partnerships and support the desired outcomes for apprentices. They will have held a managerial position in a previous role(s) and have attained formal Management qualifications to Level 5 or above.
You will have experience and knowledge of NVQ's and Key Skills / functional skills. Apprenticeships delivery & knowledge is desired. You must be organised with good time management, administration and communication skills.
This is a remote based role and will involve travelling around the south of England.
You can reside anywhere within the South.
A driving licence is essential.
