BACS Finance Trainee

Becoming a BACS Finance Trainee with Capita Local Government/EntrustAn opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Entrust Education Finance Services team, reporting to the Senior Accountant, to play a key role in delivering high quality business support process services to our customers.What you will do: * Assist with the administration of the bacs process * Input data on behalf of customers to support the production of payments to suppliers and other payees via the BACS system * Dealing with account queries from staff and suppliers * Assist with production of information used to complete returns to government departments and other third parties * Assist the team with other functions as required. * Provide administrative support to the Head of Service and Senior Accountant. Your experience will include: * 3 GCSE A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English * Good attention to detail, with the ability to maintain financial records with a high degree of accuracy * Experience of working in a team, preferably in an office environment * Able to securely handle personal and financial information of a confidential nature * Working towards AAT qualification/ Willingness to work towards.About Capita/EntrustEntrust is a joint venture between Capita and Staffordshire County Council.
