Location - Central Birmingham.

Salary -Up to 30k, plus Bonus Scheme, plus excellent benefits.

Our client an innovative and highly established payments solutions business currently have a number of opportunities for telesales agents to join their new sales team based in central Birmingham.

As part of a small, professional and friendly team you will have a flair for B2B sales and a successful track record of developing new business via outbound and inbound sales activity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business via outbound and inbound B2B sales calls.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing users and support sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Deliver a highly customer focused service identifying the customer needs and presenting the best solution.
• Support the Telesales manager with sales activity strategies and projects.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Telesales or new business development experience ideally B2B.
• Customer focused.
• Good commercial acumen and awareness.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint).
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a strong team player.
