Residential Conveyancer - Yeovil

A new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established Legal 500 practice at their Yeovil offices.

The successful candidate will be tasked with handling their own caseload of high quality residential property matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on sales and purchase, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgages.

The team are experienced in a vast amount of related property transactions including:

• shared ownership
• help to buy
• park homes
• setting up an auction pack for a sale at auction
• purchase and sale of plots of land
• garden plots and garages

You will be additionally responsible for undertaking billing and taking part in the firm's business development and marketing initiatives.
