IT Engineer

An IT Engineer looking to progress their IT career and joining a rewarding employer based in Burwell, Cambridge. A salary of £40,000 basic is available plus pension allowance.

The role of the IT Engineer will be to deliver a range of customer projects including O365 migrations, VMWare installations and to provide end to end documentation across a range of projects. The role also covers as needed day to-day 2nd line support for users across a range of Microsoft and VMWare Network Infrastructure covering software, hardware, network and infrastructure support to their customers.

You will be familiar with the process of rolling out Office 365 and completing Hybrid migrations. Knowledge on this front is essential as well as skills across Windows and Linux systems.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Server, TCP/IP Networking, VMware and HyperV environments are advantageous.

- Documentation and presentation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
