Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 12 months
Location: Burghfield Common, Reading
About the role
Guide Dogs' ambition is a future where every person with sight loss has the confidence and support to live their lives to the full. To help us achieve our ambition, we wish to appoint a Transformation Director to lead, support and drive the successful implementation of the Guide Dogs 2 strategy and the associated change programmes that are critical for delivery.
Key skills and experience:
Along with being an experienced member of Senior leadership team, you will be a Business Transformation strategist, an expert in managing cultural change, an agile thinker with the ability to define and communicate strategy to key stakeholders. You will have strong interpersonal skills and experience of building high performing teams.
