Night shift - Warehouse Team Manager

This is a full time permanent position working 5 from 7, night shift - 10pm-6am.

Description

You will be responsible for managing a team of c20 Operatives on a busy night shift.

You will be ensuring that your team are preparing customer orders for timely internationally.

Your team will be liaising directly with the freight providers, providing the customer with reports and updates.

This is a challenging role where you will need to forge brilliant internal and external relationships. You will be handling multiple queries and requests and along with directly managing your team to ensure all KPI's and SLA's are consistently met.

Profile

You will have management experience within a Logistics environment. Ideally this will be within retail but not essential.

You will be an excellent relationship builder, about to motivate and engage your team and promote training and development.

You will be an excellent customer ambassador who will go above and beyond for customers.

You will need to be computer literate with good working experience of Excel.
