Procurement Manager

We are looking for an available Procurement Manager (MCIPS) to work in Norwich and provide day to day management of a small procurement team. The role will be responsible for building up relationships with the 5 Norfolk and Waveney CCGs whilst delivering specific procurement projects. Use of e-tendering systems is vital (current systems used Bravo and AWARD) as is experience of the NHS/Public sector.
You will be:
-Managing the team
-Answering Queries from Customers
-Developing close working relationships with the CCG
-Delivering and advising on procurement projects
You will have
-Procurement experience within the NHS
-Expert knowledge of procurement regulations
-Be someone willing to get on with it and lots of strong communication skills
-Public sector experience
-Experience of procurement services not so much buying items
As well as the specific experience required above you will have the necessary qualifications, skills & experience to take control of this requirement from its inception to its completion.
