Water Service Engineer

Our client is a national provider of water treatment and water hygiene services. They operate across a range of institutions such as educational establishments, retirement homes, government sites and museums to name but a few. Their aim is to provide a safe, professional service that guarantees the water quality for end users and eradicates the risk of legionnaires disease and other pollutants.

They currently seek a Water Service Engineer to join their existing team and work with clients across the South East / M25 / Inner London - dependent upon your location. The successful candidate would be allocated work close to their natural geographic territory, but they would need to attend weekly team meetings near Reading.

Responsibilities include:

• Cooling tower system analysis and treatment.
• Closed system analysis
• Temperature monitoring and general HSG274/water hygiene tasks.
• Cold water system tanks inspection and report
• Collecting water samples for laboratory analysis
• Surveying new sites to enable preparation of tenders
• Assisting the Account Management team with Environmental Health Officers and/or client meetings

Candidate requirements:

• Ideally 2 years or more experience in an analytic service role involving water treatment / hygiene programmes on behalf of commercial or industrial water sectors.
• Full UK driving licence
