Lounge Manager

This Lounge Manager is a permanent position based at London Heathrow Airport.

This Luxury VIP Lounge is fast becoming the preferred choice for thousands of passengers seeking a unique guest experience well before their departure.

Due to increased expansion, they are now looking for a highly experienced Lounge Manager to work alongside the Lounge Supervisor and manage all aspects of the lounge.

Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Lounge Manager:

Ensure the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Manage, motivate and lead the front and back of house teams throughout the shift
Maintain excellent relationships with the team through regular one-to-one meetings, staff briefings and debriefings and providing timely feedback to individuals on shift
Managing all rosters, sickness and holidays
Health and safety and food hygiene adherence

To be considered for the role of Lounge Manager:
This opportunity is perfect for individuals who have managed or supervised teams within a contemporary fine-dining restaurant, luxury hotels or from a similar position within the hospitality and leisure industry. Experience as Food and Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Front of House Manager or Maitre D will be highly desirable.
