Who will you be working for?
A great business, one of a kind in London, which plays some great DJ's in a great setting, strong wet led business, attached to a company with 6 sites across London and growing, making a strong name for themselves. If you have passion for music, a venue with a multi revenue stream where you can really put your stamp on a business, then this could be for you
What are we looking for?
If you feel this is you and you want to be part of a growing and company then please apply now. Ideally you come come from a late night, multi-revenue streamed business. You are forward thinking and must be able to work with a smaller group. You must have experience within a business hitting 30k weekly upwards and experience overseeing a team of 30 plus to become a part of this amazing management team in London
Responsibilities -
Experienced in managing clientele in a premium environment
Able to lead and motivate a busy team
Constantly striving for ways to improve service and profit
A passionate foodie and drinks - this must show at interview
A strong passion for the LATE NIGHT TRADE
Passion for music to work with the many DJ's that come into the business
Recruitment & training
Excellent understanding of financials and P + L
Strong leaderships skills
